Alexis has been part of Questlove and the Roots management team for 13 years, focused on brand management and building businesses with Questlove in; food, publishing, strategic brand partnerships, and content. She has a demonstrated history of generating high revenue returns at the interaction of art and commerce and is a Partner in Questlove’s Cheesesteak ™ made with Impossible™ 2.0. As a partner in Rosenzweig Investments LLC, Alexis has led early stage investments in “future of food” companies including Impossible Foods, JUST, Right Rice, Perfect Day, Apeel, and Ocean Huggers. Developing meaningful relationships with founders and thought leaders, creating strategic partnerships with portfolio companies and top food brands,

and investing in alternatives meats early on, Alexis gained fast knowledge of the trends within food tech and the innovative products focused on solving global food issues that consumers want. Her unique background is the result of her work in entertainment driven business, building one of the most credible food brands in the industry for her client, over a decade of experience in brand development, marketing, strategy, a personal affinity for food brands with a social and environmental mission, and a deep entrepreneurial spirit. Alexis currently serves on the board of the Food Education Fund, on the Advisory Board to the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD), and is an Advisor to Right Rice.
